Latitude vs. Wind Speed
Analysis
Based on the clustering behaviour seen in this visualization, it is evident that most of the cities included in the analysis were experiencing wind speeds of less than 10MPH. Outside of this, it appears that the outlying observations are spaced reletively evenly accross the globe. One could argue that the data points closest to the poles seem to have higher than average wind speeds, potentially due to polar weather patterns. However, the sample size of this phenomenon is too small to make any definitive conclusions.
